Our April meeting featured our usual "Show and Tell" of works in progress or finished, then we moved on to our new feature, "ArtPlay" in which we tried our hands at "Still Life in the Style of Picasso.
This was an interesting experiment and we had fun, though for most of us it was out of our comfort zone. Being out of one's comfort zone while doing art is a common experience and we should rejoice when it happens because it means one is stretching and growing, moving into a new place in one's art. Below are the pictures of what we accomplished in our very short time together. It was great fun.
